Terms and Conditions for MeroFlight and Global IME Bank Range-Wise Special Discount Offer

1. Eligibility:

• This offer is valid for customers who book their flight tickets exclusively through MeroFlight and make the payment using a Global IME Bank account.
• The discount applies to both domestic and international flights, with specific discount amounts based on the total ticket price.

2. Discount Structure:

• Domestic Flights:

  • Flat discount of NPR 50 will be provided for each ticket purchase.

  • NPR 0 - 4000: Flat discount of NPR 50
  • NPR 4001 - 10,000: Flat discount of NPR 150
  • NPR 10,001 - 50,000: Flat discount of NPR 350
  • NPR 50,001 - 100,000: Flat discount of NPR 450
  • NPR 100,001 - 150,000: Flat discount of NPR 600
  • NPR 150,001 - 200,000: Flat discount of NPR 700
  • NPR  200,001 -  350,000: Flat discount of NPR 850
  • NPR  350,001 -  500,000: Flat discount of NPR 1,000
  • NPR  500,001 & Above: Flat discount of NPR 1,500

3. Discount Applicability:

• The discount is applicable to the total ticket price payment, regardless of the number of air tickets issued in a single transaction.
• The final discount amount will be based on the cumulative total of all tickets in the transaction.
• The discount amount will be transferred to the MeroFlight wallet.

4. Payment Requirements:

• To qualify for the discount, full payment must be made using a Global IME Bank account, either via mobile app-Global Smart+ ,direct bank transfer from Global IME Bank account or by scanning QR code.
• Payment made through Global IME Bank Cheque will not be eligible for the discount.
• Transactions not completed through Global IME Bank accounts will not be eligible for the discount.

5. Booking Process and Ticket Issuance:

• Customers must complete the booking and ticket issuance through MeroFlight’ official platforms, by issuing online from the meroflight.com website or contacting MeroFlight’ offices directly.
• The discount applies only to qualifying flights and the booking must adhere to the stated terms.

6. Offer Validity:

• This promotion is valid for tickets issued within the promotional period of 01 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2025.
• MeroFlight reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or discounts from MeroFlight or Global IME Bank.

7. Refund and Cancellation:

• In case of ticket cancellation or refund, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
• Refund policies of the airlines and MeroFlight apply. Additional service fees or processing charges may also apply.

8. Limitations and Exclusions:

• This offer is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

9. Liability:

• MeroFlight and Global IME Bank are not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling by the airline.

10. Amendments:

• MeroFlight and Global IME Bank reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time.

11. Agreement to Terms:

• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
